RABIN'S FUNDAMENTALS OF MODERN PROPERTY LAW O/E (6TH, 2011) 9781599416410
RABINThe sixth edition tracks contemporary trends in property law with particular attention to emerging issues of environmental sustainability. The sixth edition continues to use the problem method because lawyers attempt to solve specific problems. The problem-based structure of the casebook comports with the student learning outcomes and assessment approach emphasized in recent years by the American Bar Association and the Carnegie Endowment report. The sixth edition also provides a comprehensive introduction to Intellectual Property law. The novel legal problems raised by advances in technology demand that students receive early exposure to this area of law. This edition also emphasizes a planning perspective. The first-year of law school tends to focus on controversies and may mislead students into thinking that lawyers spend all their time resolving controversies when most lawyers devote substantial time to planning.

Shipping is what sold me on the website
I purchased this book for a Law School class, so my review of the actual book would be pointless. The website however provided great service. I had tried ordering this book from 3 different vendors who all said it could get her before classes started. All three bailed out or couldn't get it to me. So, I came to this website where they offered 3 day, 2 day, and overnight shipping from either fedex or ups. the book itself came used, as advertised, in acceptable condition. The book DID arrive however in the amount of time I paid for it to with shipping. so good on them, I guess.
